Francisco Muniz is a lawyer enrolled in the Portuguese Bar Association and in the Brazilian Bar Association of Pernambuco (OAB-PE), working in both countries in the guidance and analysis of subjects in the areas of Civil Law, Real Estate Law, International Law, Civil Procedure and Arbitration, especially in the complex litigation and procedural consulting area, ensuring legal support to clients in judicial and arbitration litigation involving real estate, contracts, torts, Maritime and Port Law, consumer claims and lawsuits connected to Education Law.

Francisco is Academic Director of the Higher School of Law of OAB-PE (2019-2021), professor in Mauricio de Nassau University Center Law School of Recife, Founder Member of IBERC (Brazilian Tort Law Studies Institute), member of the IAP (Pernambuco Lawyers Institute), ex-coordinator of the Undergraduate Law Program of two Higher Education Institutions of Recife, was approved as professor after presentation of degree and exams at Federal University of Pernambuco, in addition to eight years of law practice in Brazil and three years in Portugal.
