Professional Experience
Otávio Carvalho works in the advisory and tax litigation area. Experienced in providing specialized legal advisory about refund, judicial and administrative, of tax undue. Also experienced in the writing of petitions, presentation of legal opinions, follow-up of judicial cases, preparation of theses and writing of documents for clients’ defense.
