Ana Luiza Dornellas provides legal advice for the protection of brands, software, data, and other intangible assets, as well as for the establishment of privacy and data protection governance models, following the content of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation. Ana Luiza also has extensive experience in the legal guidance of issues related to grant and tax benefits projects linked to Research, Development and Innovation Programmes (RDI).

Graduated in Law, Catholic University of Pernambuco. Certified in the Extension Course in International Economic Law, Humboldt Universität (Berlin, Germany). Certified in the General Course on Intellectual Property, WIPO / OMPI. Postgraduate student in Digital Law, Rio de Janeiro State University and Institute of Technology and Society.
