Carlos André Rodrigues Pereira Lima works with tax law for more than 15 years. Also conversant with accounting, holds a BA in the respective program from the Catholic University of Brasília. Specializes in administrative and legal tax litigation and in consulting for business structuring by legal persons and individuals. He undertook, for 5 years and a half, the position of trier of fact of the Administrative Council of the Fiscal Resources of the Ministry of Finance (CARF). He is a trier of fact of the Administrative Council of the Municipality of Recife (CAF/RECIFE).

Carlos André undertook, for two terms, the position of counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association, Section of Pernambuco, where he presided the Commission of Tax Affairs. He undertook the position of coordinator in the tax center of the Higher Law School of Advocacia Ruy Antunes. He lectured at AMCHAM – RECIFE, at the Federation of the Industries of the State of Pernambuco and at Faculdade Damas. He is a standing member in the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law.

Carlos André was recognized in the periodical “Análise Advocacia 500 (2018)”, being ranked between Brazil’s most admired lawyers, with practice in Fiscal Law. He was also nationally recognized for his performance in the economic field of “Chemical and Petrochemical” and was recognized as one of Pernambuco’s most Admired Lawyers.
