Professional Experience

Rogério da Fonte has more than 20 years of experience, having started his professional career in the civil litigation area. Concentrated activities in administrative and corporate law areas for more than 20 years, garnering experience in administrative contracts, providing counseling services to public utility companies, purchase and sale of companies, structuring of investments and corporate reorganizations. With legal and business administration training, worked as an internal counsel for a large company in the infrastructure and construction area before founding DFA, in 2000. With professional experience abroad, has been responsible for the office’s business in Luanda, Angola, for almost 10 years. Advised transnational operations, both for investment by Brazilian companies abroad, as the other way around. Advocates for the interest of clients in negotiations and solutions of conflicts.
