Professional Experience

Magda Neves works as a lawyer, in the coordinating position, in advisory consultancy on corporate issues and business contracts in general. Experienced in corporate operations, in the preparation and monitoring of corporate acts in general, registration of such acts with the competent agencies, structuring of real estate projects, preparation and analysis of contracts and business agreements, chiefly for technology-based companies. Furthermore, works with the preparation of legal due diligences, especially the audit of several corporate and contractual aspects over the preparation phase of potential investments. Responsible for the coordination of one of the office’s specialized areas of Business Law.
