Academic Background: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, partially attended at SciencesPo, Lille, France; Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law, Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV; Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Transformation and Peace Studies based on Emotional Balance (in progress), Instituto Paz e Mente in cooperation with the UNESCO Chair in Peace Studies at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, and the Santa Barbara Institute for Consciousness Studies, California Courses: Nonviolent Communication, promoted by PhD Marcelo L. Pelizzoli (UFPE) Capacitation in Humanistic Mediation, promoted by Centro de Mediação Humanista – MEDIAH (PE).
Before dedicating exclusively to the Business area and Conflict Mediation, Amanda worked in the office’s area of Tax Law and Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law, acquiring experience in the protection of trademarks and other intangible assets and preparation of papers. Currently, works as a Member of the Systemic Law Commission of the OAB/PE, and also is member and founder of the office’s Forum for Diversity and Inclusion.
