Eduardo Athayde is responsible for the coordination of the branch of the office in the Federal District, and performs activities chiefly in the litigation area. Primarily working in Higher Courts, he is responsible for coordinating a number of procedures pending before the Federal Supreme Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Superior Labor Court. The matters are the most diverse possible, including demands connected to all branches of law served by the firm. With a productive performance before TJDFT and TRF of the 1st Region, he has worked with cases of the several matters. Provides services in demands connected to the Executive and Legislative Branches, working with Councils, Offices, Regulating Agencies and other associated agencies. He has cases pending before the General Accounting Office and the Federal District Accounting Office.
